We are your community foundation

hands in the sand in a circleEstablished in 1986, the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation now holds more than $16 million in permanent funds, which allow us to distribute more than $900,000 annually in grants and scholarships for the betterment of the northern Chautauqua community.

These funds have been created through contributions from community minded individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

The NCCF provides grants and support to a wide variety of charitable organizations. We are structured to support the most pressing needs in the community today and, as these needs change, so will our funding focus. In addition, we identify current and emerging issues, stimulate resources to address those needs and help our community prepare for the future.
