The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation’s Board of Directors has approved $4,886 in matching funds for 6 different community groups through its 2011 Community Pride Program.
Spoke Folk, in collaboration with the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation, will be holding a “Bicycle Bonanza” April 16 and 17. Take home a bike that is vintage or almost new.
Nominees should have a history of public service, philanthropic endeavors (not necessarily measured in dollars) and activities that have made an impact and that have enhanced the social and cultural climate of the northern Chautauqua community
The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) is seeking a Community Relations & Development Coordinator. This person, under the leadership of the Executive Director, will work to increase the NCCF’s visibility and create broad public awareness of the NCCF.
Scholarships are available for 2011 graduates of Dunkirk High School who are interested in pursuing careers in Accounting, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Information Technology, and Medical Office Administrative Assistant. Applications should be submitted with letters of recommendation by March 25 to the DHS Guidance Department.
