RO Foundation sponsors tree and wreath auction Dec. 10

The RO Foundation is raising funds to benefit patients and families with unexpected transportation expenses through Decorated Tree and Wreath Auction on Saturday, Dec. 10 in Barker Commons, Fredonia, from 2 to 5 p.m.
The event will be part of a larger, "Old Time Main Street Christmas," including fun for the whole family: local high school carolers, face painting, a quilt raffle, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, cookies, hot beverages, and a tree harzard demo by the Fredonia Fire Department.
Bidding finishes at 4 p.m.

The RO Foundation was founded as a pass-through fund of the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation in 2010 by Joseph C. Russo Jr. and Margaret R. Owen to assist patients and families with unexpected transportation expenses (Gas, Food, and Lodging). It provides help to people and families with in a 20-mile radius of Dunkirk, New York. Approved applicants receive assistance for gas, food, lodging, and during emergencies.
