Diane Hannum
Executive Director
Executive Director Hannum leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of the NCCF, following the policies, goals, and objectives established in partnership with the Board of Directors. She has overall strategic and operational responsibility for achieving the NCCF’s vision and mission.

Eileen Ardillo
Program Coordinator
Eileen, NCCF Grants Coordinator, manages all of the NCCF grantmaking programs in addition to grant cycles for multiple community fund holders. This includes administering grant applications, agreements, and reporting and providing support to grantors, grantees and applicants. With over two decades of dedicated service in the nonprofit sector, Eileen’s passion for community extends to her board membership for Literacy Volunteers and as a long-time volunteer for Meals on Wheels and other charities.

Nathaniel Clark
Community Impact Assistant
As Community Impact Assistant, Nathaniel works primarily with the Executive Director. He provides program support for internal and external strategic community initiatives while also holding high-level administrative responsibilities within the organization. Originally from the area, Nathaniel worked as a strategic risk consultant in Washington DC before returning to northern Chautauqua to focus on building resilience closer to home.

Noah Goodling
Director, The Capacity Lab
Noah Goodling leads The Capacity Lab which is dedicated to building a sustainable nonprofit sector in the region. He is passionate about partnering with organizational staff and Boards to find comprehensive, meaningful solutions to pressing issues, and towards increasing stability and collaboration throughout the sector. He has spent his entire career working in nonprofits including as the former Executive Director of the Fenton Historical Society.

Patty Hammond
Economic Development Coordinator
Patty is NCCF’s Economic Development Coordinator, working closely with local community and business leaders and volunteers on economic development planning, partnerships, and advocacy. Patty has nearly 40 years of experience in grant writing, program and contract management in health, employment, housing, nutrition, disabilities, youth, child care, and educational programming.

Sara A. Marsowicz
Accountant
As NCCF’s accountant, Sara’s responsibilities include the day-to-day accounting, reconciling bank statements, helping to develop the annual operating and grants budgets, and coordinating reports to fund representatives. Sara joined the Foundation after 23+ years working in corporate America.

Leslie Wille
Community Engagement Coordinator
As the Community Engagement Coordinator, Leslie’s role encompasses all things communications and development. She is a lifelong northern Chautauqua County resident, passionate about bettering the community. After over 10 years of grassroots fundraising and growing two nonprofit organizations to harness the passion of Buffalo Bills fans into collective philanthropy, she decided it was time to follow her passion for this work and begin a career in the nonprofit world.

Michele Starwalt-Woods
Scholarship Coordinator
Michele, the Scholarship Coordinator, is responsible for the successful implementation of NCCF’s Scholarship Program. She does this by fostering partnerships with regional schools, processing applications, communicating with scholarship donors, organizing scholarship selection committees, and providing informational presentations to students, parents, and the community to strengthen the applicant pool. Michele has an extensive background in nonprofit leadership including with the Private Industry Council, Chautauqua Striders, and Rotary International.
