Service Learning Grants Available for Northern Chautauqua County Middle & High School Teachers

The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) reminds graduate level students that the Ruth C. Stacy Counselor Scholarship applications are due February 16, 2019.  Dr. Ruth C. Stacy of Mayville established this scholarship to support graduate level students majoring in either mental health or school counseling.

A strong advocate of the need for certified, experienced counselors, Dr. Stacy herself was a skilled mental health and school counselor. Students accepted into an accredited mental health or school counseling Master’s Degree program are encouraged to apply for this scholarship. For additional information, requirements, and the application visit the NCCF webpage at www.nccfoundation.org/stacy-scholarship. Send all required information by February 16, 2019, to NCCF, 212 Lake Shore Drive West, Dunkirk, NY 14048. For a hard copy of the scholarship application contact the office at 716-366-4892 or e-mail vhowell@nccfoundation.org.
