Bernice Schaffer Library Fund for Dunkirk & Fredonia
About the Fund
Established by Dr. Elliott Schaffer in memory of his wife Bernice, the fund is used by the Fredonia and Dunkirk libraries to purchase books that promote harmony and dialogue among different ethnic groups.
