About the Fund
This Community Fund was established through gifts from Mr. and Mrs. William M. Wells and Mrs. Marjorie M. Wells. “Bill” and his daughter Susan served on the NCCF’s Board of Directors. Philanthropists at heart, the family created a number of endowment funds at the NCCF.
