Cassadaga Lakes Nature Park Care Fund

The Cassadaga Lakes Nature Park Care Fund has been established to provide financial support to the Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy or its successor to support the ownership costs of maintaining the Cassadaga Lakes Nature Park in the future.

Ownership costs may include maintenance of the land, vegetation and improvements, insurance for owning and maintain such property as a “park” and nature preserve, and the legal defense of such park against encroachments by adjoining landowners or trespassers damaging the property.
