The Westfield Fund Invites Grant Applications and Donors for 2021

The Westfield Fund is actively seeking grant applications and donors for 2021. The Westfield Fund (TWF) is a community donor advised fund held at the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation formed to attract and build endowments to benefit the Town and Village of Westfield, New York. TWF's mission is to enrich the quality of life for the Westfield community residents with the mantra "Awareness then Action."

The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation's Community Donor Advised Funds are created with contributions from community members or other interested donors to benefit a particular community. NCCF invests these funds for growth with the income used to support worthwhile community projects directed by a committee of local individuals.

The Westfield Fund serves the Westfield community by providing donors' with a mechanism to leave a gift to benefit the community directly or through endowments. These tax-deductible gifts strengthen the not-for-profit organizations that serve the community and promote philanthropy.

Each year, charitable organizations are invited to submit grant applications for TWF's consideration. Applications are available through the NCCF's website www.nccfoundation.org/westfield-fund or by calling 716-366-4892. Applications are due April 1, with notification to awardees by June 1.

The Westfield Fund depends on individuals, families, corporations, and foundations' generosity to ensure continued success. Donations to TWF are accepted any time, in any amount through the website listed above or by sending your gift directly to NCCF, 212 Lake Shore Drive W., Dunkirk, NY 14048. NCCF is a 501(c)3 corporation. Donors have the satisfaction of knowing that their tax-deductible gifts earn dividends over time and will continue to support the Westfield community for years to come.

The NCCF, incorporated in 1986, is a tax-exempt charitable organization.  Since its establishment, the NCCF has distributed more than $17 million in the community through its various grant programs.  It is an organization inherently committed to enriching the northern Chautauqua community and encouraging local philanthropy.  For more information on the NCCF, visit www.nccfoundation.org or call 716-366-4892.
